The next Chesterfield Homeowners meeting will be held on May 20, 2023 at 6:30 pm
at the Chesterfield Lake located at the corner of Pinecreek and Thompson Ave.
There will not be a virtual meeting
Please bring a lawn chair

The postcard homeowners received from RealManage has the incorrect HOA meeting dates.
Please disregard all dates. There will not be any virtual meeting. All meeting will take place in person.

Did you receive your annual HOA Statement for 2025?
Many homeowners have reached out to the board stating that a statement for 2025 was not received or the statement was incorrect.

Chesterfield Kids Fishing Derby
- On May 18th from 9:00 to 11:00 am Chesterfield HOA will be holding a fishing contest for kids under the age of 16
- This event is open to all Chesterfield residents with children including grandchildren 16 years old and younger
- The event will be held at the Chesterfield lake at the back of the subdivision (corner of Pinecreek and Thompson Ave
- All children MUST be accompanied by an adult
- All participants will need to bring their own fishing pole
- Bait, bottled water and a snack will be provided
- There will be prizes for biggest, smallest and most fish caught
- Please register by May 16th by sending an email to board@chesterfieldhomeowners.com with your child(s) name and age
- A release waiver will need to be signed
